Home for the Holidays with AFT

“Home for the Holidays with AFT” featured The Rhode Sisters in 2013. This Feisty Sister Act played for six performances December 26th, 27th, 28th, 30th and 31st. “It all started as a opportunity to extend that holiday feeling beyond Christmas morning,” said Holly Feldman, AFT Manager of Marketing, of the beginnings of “Home for the Holidays with AFT.” “So many people talk about the ‘let down’ that follows shortly after the ‘build up’ to the holiday season. Our ‘Home for the Holidays’ concert has been very popular with folks who cherish the season of giving and don’t want to see it end on December 25th.”

Molly, Alissa, and Angelyn Rhode will bring a hearty helping of tight harmony singing and healthy sibling rivalry to this year’s concert.  Join the Rhode family for this nostalgic musical romp!

Molly is a regular performer at American Folklore Theatre, appearing this year in Muskie Love and Loose Lips Sink Ships. Molly also directed this season’s premiere, Windjammers. Alissa Rhode was recently featured in Tapestries: The Music of Carole King at the Third Avenue Playhouse and performed the past two summers at Big Top Chautauqua in Ladies of the Canyon. She also previously served as music director for AFT and composer/music director for Door Shakespeare. Angelyn Rhode makes a brief return to Wisconsin, literally traveling home for the holidays for this special family performance.  She has spent the past decade in Florida working as a performer and educator at Disney World.  Don’t miss this rare opportunity to see the Rhode family reunited together in harmony for the holidays!
