Carey Hale

This is Carey’s seventh year as a full-time Northern Sky crew member after having worked in the yacht repair business for over a decade and working part-time for Northern Sky since 2009. She is originally from Freeport, Illinois, and has been living in Door County since 2001 after moving here from Minnesota, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Science from Winona State University. In her off time, she helps her parents complete their new Door County home and creates costumes for the late 1700’s/early 1800’s historical reenactments that she and her family have participated in since she was 8 years old. Carey also loves to sing, spend time outdoors, and relax with her family, pets and friends.
